Shari has been providing financial and operational leadership, advice and support to non-profits in Calgary since 2001.
Hailing from the banking industry prior to her work with the non-profit sector, her financial background and expertise has proven to be invaluable to managers and Boards. Her experience of working closely with many Boards and management teams has given her a strong understanding of board policies and governance. She frequently lends her vision and leadership to key functions such as budgeting, financial projections, funding reports, evaluations, strategic planning and development of policies and procedures. Her personable and down-to-earth approach uniquely enables her to convey financial and operational insights in a clear, calm and concise manner.
Rebecca Scheer

Director of Communications & Marketing Services
Rebecca has been providing strategic and practical communications and marketing support to local nonprofit groups for over 10 years.
Her experience has encompassed social media initiatives, awareness campaigns, sustainability planning, media relations, and day-to-day agency communications. A resourceful jack-of-all-trades when it comes to communications, Becky is often called upon to tackle projects hands-on from strategic development, copy writing, and graphic design through to coordinating printing and distribution. A natural mediator with the ability to boil-down complex information and processes, Becky has become known for her creativity and calm approach.
Sylvia Hill

Sylvia has been working in the financial industry since 2000.
Over her career, Sylvia has developed and applied her skills in a range of financial settings: from the banking industry, to the private sector, to the non-profit sector. Sylvia’s broad experience brings a depth of knowledge and insight that has proved to be highly beneficial for our clients. Her enthusiastic approach and quick wit have made her a valued member of the Mission Control team.
Rachel Sorensen
Associate, Financial Services
Rachel is currently working toward a professional accounting designation through the Certified General Accountants Association of Alberta, and is currently a Level 2 CGA Student.
Rachel came to us from an engineering firm, and boasts an impressive career which has encompassed all aspects of the accounting cycle including job costing, budgets, financial statements, and projections. Her keen eye for detail and unwavering reliability has earned her a high value in our books.
